“Live High in Las Vegas” is hosted by Paul Murad, noted real estate professional, investor, featured speaker and author of “Manhattanizing Las Vegas: How to profit from the next phase of mega growth”. The book, which details the emerging market of high-rise residential properties in Las Vegas, has been quoted by the Las Vegas Review Journal and New York Times Magazine, in addition to other real estate and lifestyle publications.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Finance and International Business, and has studied in the U.S., Spain and Hong Kong, China.
Prior to his career in real estate, Paul worked for a publicly traded (NYSE) telecommunications company, where he was part of a team managing international investments of over 1 billion US dollars in Australia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.
Early in has real estate career, Paul was selected by REALTOR ® Magazine of the National Association of REALTORS ® as one of the top thirty young professionals in the nation in their annual “30 Under 30” list. He was featured in “Who’s Who in Real Estate, Construction and Development in Las Vegas” in the years 2005 and 2006. In March of 2006 he also was honored as one of the Top Business People in Las Vegas by Business Las Vegas, in the publication’s annual “40 under 40” list.
In addition to his schedule as author, featured speaker and advisor to the high rise and commercial division of Realty ONE Group, Paul serves as president and CEO of METROPLEX Development Group, a firm engaged in real estate brokerage and development.
